Electrical discharge machining (EDM) in all its forms has been part of EROWA’s history from the very beginning. As a result, our portfolio includes not only over 50 years of experience but also an extensive fleet of machines. Our EDM machines are fully automated, ensuring short turnaround times and an optimized pricing structure.
All of our machines are equipped with EROWA chucks so that workpieces can be efficiently transferred to the next machining step.
Sink-eroding
When conventional machining methods are no longer sufficient, sinker EDM can be used to produce any conceivable shape or contour.
Electrode Manufacturing
We manufacture our own copper electrodes for die-sinking EDM in-house. The EROWA clamping system we use ensures an efficient manufacturing process, from milling and turning to measuring and EDM.
