Whether it's simultaneous milling, high-speed machining (HSC), hard or soft materials, EROWA's manufacturing technology is designed for a wide range of parts: individual parts and series, from delicate to large-format, with dimensions up to x800, y650, and z400, are produced efficiently in 3 or 5 axes.

All of our machines are equipped with EROWA clamping chucks, so that parts can be efficiently transferred to the next machining stage.

Thanks to our extensive experience, we are able to manufacture complex parts with undercuts or free-form surfaces to the highest standards.

High-Speed and Simultaneous Milling

Our machining centers are also suitable for high-speed milling and hard milling thanks to high spindle speeds of up to 36,000 rpm. Thanks to reduced cutting forces, it is possible to achieve very thin wall thicknesses in workpieces with little or no rework.
