Grinding
CNC grinding stands out from conventional machining methods in terms of precision and high surface finish. Upstream milling or downstream measurement processes are part of our daily routine and are efficiently handled “under one roof.”
All of our machines are equipped with EROWA chucks so that workpieces can be efficiently transferred to the next machining step.
Circular and Polygonal Grinding
For perfect functional surfaces with the highest precision in the micrometer range. In addition, polygons of any type can be produced using profile grinding, even outside the center of rotation.
Profile and Surface Grinding
Using a swivel guide and a dividing head, complex profiles and gear teeth can be produced in no time.
Coordinate grinding
When materials that are extremely difficult to machine require high levels of dimensional accuracy and surface finish, coordinate grinding is often the only viable alternative. With the help of automated workpiece loading, we can cost-effectively manufacture both production runs and individual parts.
