Whether single- or double-sided machining for soft or hardened workpieces, our machine park includes machines for turret turning with driven tools. The solution for smaller production runs as well as “batch size 1” orders.
All of our machines are equipped with EROWA chucks so that workpieces can be efficiently transferred to the next machining step.
Revolver Turning (Soft and Hard) I
Turned parts with high specifications can be manufactured in a single operation using our powered tools. This makes it possible to produce even workpieces made of high-alloy materials, such as stainless steel, with tight form and position tolerances.
Long-turn machining
If you need parts that are both slim and long, we can manufacture them with a high-quality surface finish. Our state-of-the-art machinery and many years of expertise enable us to produce individual parts and small production runs cost-effectively.
