All of our machines are equipped with EROWA chucks so that workpieces can be efficiently transferred to the next machining step.
Cutting with an EDM machine
Wire EDM enables high-precision metal machining through electro-erosive removal. We can produce vertical or conical contours using wire diameters ranging from 0.15 to 0.25 mm.
Pit-Eroding
Drill erosion can be used to efficiently create very fine through-holes and blind holes up to 2.0 mm in diameter in metallic materials. The maximum possible drilling depth is not affected by the hardness of the workpiece.
